Ok, so maybe it's not because of my b-day. Who cares? I'm outty at 2pm. :)
"THA will close the office today at 2:00PM based on AISD decision to shut down our schools. AISD and many other area schools made the decision to release students and commit early bus runs to reduce the volume on major thoroughfares today as there will be increased travel on our area highways by Gulf coast evacuees."
