Thanks to 'ol W for dropping 42 million on sending out letters to everyone letting them know the check will be in the mail later this spring. Lord knows there isn't a better way to spend American taxpayer money. What a douchebag.

Yeah, what a douchebag for giving us back OUR money... I'd be elated if it was a 1/2% refund on 07 fed tax.
I said what a douchebag for spending 42 million to send out letters telling us that later on we'd be getting money back. I'm very glad to be getting the actual refund.
