Where did my sight go?
I finally made an appointment to see the eye doctor today. I think the last time I went was 2-3 years ago. I have been noticing how my long distance sight was getting more and more blurry. I am totally near sighted. They said staring at a computer all day doesn't help with that. Dang it.
So next week I will be getting in my brand new, super cool, funky glasses! Can't wait. :)

What about Lasik?
Glasses are cool. I sometimes wear them for the fun of it! LOL
Brownie must have had Lasik done then.
Lasik freaks me out, just like trying to put in contacts.

If you end up hating glasses you might give contacts a try. My old eye-doc told me contacts are usually easy for girls since they're used to putting stuff near their eyes (mascara, eyeliner). He said the worse was guys with little eyes (orientals?).
I had a helluva time getting used to it but it was actually good in the long run. There's been a couple of times I've had to dig shit out of my eyes (metal shaveings, dirt, grease), & I couldn't have done it before.
I don't mind glasses so much...as long as I don't have to wear them all day long. Then they bother my nose. I'm actually excited about my new funky ones.
I've tried contacts before. Took me about 20 minutes to try to get one in. Then I'd realize it was in the wrong way. Getting them out wasn't any easier!
